Festival FAQ

Who can attend?
Anyone! Only attendees over 21+ will be allowed to purchase a Taster Ticket and to consume alcohol. IDs will be checked for age verification.
What is included in a Taster Ticket?
With a Taster Ticket, you get a souvenir keepsake tasting glass to sample unlimited pours of local beer, wine, cider, cocktails, admission to all fitness & wellness classes, a swag bag (while supplies last), and  festival entry to all areas and activities.
What if I don't drink alcohol?
All are welcome! You can purchase the Non Taster ticket (includes swag bag while supplies last and festival entry to all areas, activities, and classes or the Shopper ticket (festival entry only).
What if it rains?
The show will go on, rain or shine! In the case of lightning, we advise you take shelter in the nearest parking garage or other covered facility.
How can I get there by public transportation?
Transit Information from Pittsburgh Regional Transit:

• Coming from the North? Take the 12 – McKnight or 14 – Ohio Valley bus for a scenic ride into town. Hop off at Cedar Ave + Pressley St or Allegheny Station, and enjoy a short, scenic walk to the festival!

• Coming from the South? Hop on the Y46 – Elizabeth Flyer bus or the Silver Line to glide into the North Shore in style! The closest stops will be Wood St + Sixth Ave in Downtown or North Side Station. From there, you can either catch the T the rest of the way or walk!

• Coming from the East? The 67 – Monroeville bus will bring you straight to the heart of the action! The closest stop is Liberty Ave + Fifth Ave, where you can walk across the Roberto Clemente Bridge to the festival.

• Coming from the West? Jump on the 28X – Airport Flyer or the 31 – Bridgeville bus for a convenient trip to the festival. The closest stop is Liberty Ave + Fifth Ave, where you can walk across the Roberto Clemente Bridge to the fun!

Is Allegheny Landing Park wheelchair accessible?
Yes, most parts of the park are wheelchair accessible.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by Babesburgh, LLC. You can give your ticket to a family member or friend. This applies to all Babesburgh events.
Are tickets available at the door?
Yes! Tickets can be purchased at either of our admissions tents:
Main Entrance: Across from the Roberto Clemente Statue at Isabella Street at Federal Street Intersection
Secondary: Isabella Street at Sandusky Street Intersection
Will I be able to sample drinks with a Non Taster ticket?
No, this level does not come with a souvenir taster glass or samples.
Can I buy alcohol?
No, absolutely not. Our permits do not allow for that. With a Taster ticket, you can sample unlimited pours from all vendors, which include beer, cider, wine, cocktails, tequila, and more. Other non-alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase from vendors.
Do I need to bring my ID?
YES! Only those with valid proofs of ID & over age 21 will be permitted to sample alcohol.

Can kids attend?
Yes, in order to be accessible to all, we welcome kids. Under 18 is free. Please note: anyone under 21 will be required to wear a red wristband.

Can I bring a water bottle or chair?
Yes, both are permitted.

We will continue to celebrate an uplifting experience and diverse identities. The rules are simple: No racism, no sexism, no discrimination, no insults/words that cause harm. These rules apply to all those at our events.

Liability Waiver: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions, as well as the following full terms and conditions:

General Terms: In return for Babesburgh allowing you to voluntarily participate in this event, you agree: You are 21+ in age and will bring proof of age in the form of a valid government identification in order to consume alcohol at this event. Babesburgh and the spaces that we visit encourage responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. If you have any reason to suspect that your driving ability may be impaired or will be unsafe, you agree to arrange for alternate transportation back to your destination point. Babesburgh reserves the right to stop serving any ticket holder who appears to be visibly intoxicated. Babesburgh encourages all attendees to plan in advance for alternative arrangements from the event, including public transportation, ride sharing apps, or having a designated driver. Any bag, purse, container, or other property in your possession is subject to inspection by Babesburgh and its security / staff while entering the event, during the event, or during departure from the event. You expressly grant Babesburgh the non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and license to publish, print, display, record and use (by photograph, film, video, audio or any other method or device) your name, voice, image, and likeness while at Babesburgh, and to use such recordings for any purpose and in any medium now known or hereafter devised. You release Babesburgh from liability for any such uses, including claims for infringement of any privacy, publicity or other rights and other claims of any kind. Babesburgh shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages in any form, including but not limited to, lost revenues or lost profits, resulting from the event.

Acknowledgment of Risks: In return for Babesburgh allowing you to voluntarily participate in this event, you acknowledge and assume all possible risks, dangers and hazards associated with Babesburgh, including but not limited to the following:intoxication and/or alcohol poisoning from the alcohol that you consume;the possibility of any type of bodily injury (broken bones, soft tissue damage, dental damages) or even death from falling down, being knocked down, or being involved in a physical confrontation whether caused by you or someone else; and the risks associated with returning to your residence or traveling to any destination after Babesburgh, especially the risks of operating a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol.

Refund Policy:
There will be no refunds unless we, Babesburgh, cancel the event, in which case all tickets purchased will be fully refunded. All sales are final in all other instances, however tickets can be given to a friend or family member.
